The silk scarf on this pump ties to form a large, flouncy bow on the front of the shoe. I also like the contrasting fabrics. The pump itself features a small black and white floral print, and the scarf is more of an abstract print.

A pump like this is meant to be the center of attention, so I would pair it with a very simple dress. Black and white would work, of course, but other solid colors would look nice as well! This pump would also look great with silk dress shorts and a simple top.
